In the post-COVID period of 2024, Stardust Memorial’s revenue growth had stagnated, and they turned to us to help strategically consult and drive revenue higher.
What We Did
Because of the sensitive nature of their industry, working with Stardust has been and continues to be a careful process of managing and resolving Google Ads and Google Merchant Center limitations and issues. While proactively doing this, we also:
Improved account segmentation by dividing products into different Performance Max campaigns with varying ROAS targets based on product profitability.
Launched shopping campaigns for select products to increase traffic volume for them.
Optimised the product feed by ensuring all important attributes were added and titles were well-optimised.
Created additional Search campaigns and segmented keywords strategically into different campaigns to improve efficiency.
