From $94K to $150K Monthly Revenue With 30% Increase In ROAS For Packeze
Packeze proudly operates out of Houston, Texas and provides custom-branded moving boxes, shipping supplies, banners, pens, tumblers and more for e-commerce stores. They help e-commerce stores transform ordinary products into micro-billboards and advertising and branding power.
Packeze came to us with a goal to increase their ROAS while increasing profitability. Both their ROAS and their revenue had been plateaued for months before hiring Big Flare, and a primary goal they had was to focus on steady improvement of both monthly revenue and return on ad spend.
What We Did
We did a complete Big Flare Way revamp of Packeze’s Google Ads:
We completely restructured Packezes’ Performance Max campaigns and moved different products to different campaigns depending on their performance
We have also updated all assets, audience signals and search themes in Pmax campaigns
Updated the GMC feed, including tiles and key attributes.
Set up and tested Search campaigns and then scaled them.
Improved landing page headlines and descriptions, which helped increase Quality Score and generate more revenue from Search campaigns.
Launched Shopping campaigns using a tiered structure to scale products generating higher revenue.
Tested a Demand Gen campaign and also created new conversion events for Demand Gen.
Updated all ad extensions to align them with the new campaign messaging.
We were making strategic changes to bid strategies and budgets that have helped us achieve a consistent increase in revenue while keeping ROAS on target.
The Results
Scaled revenue from $94K to $151K in 6 months.
This represents a +61% increase in revenue.
ROAS also increased by +30% during the same period.
